A calm checklist for an image that did not work.
Recover a failed request, fix a confusing prompt, and know when to use another tool.
01 / A request is taking longer than expected
Keep the task in your history and check its status. Avoid submitting the same request repeatedly. A timeout does not prove the provider failed; we check the original task before a recovery action.
02 / The upload will not open
Use a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file under 10 MB. Renaming a file extension does not convert the image. Use our free browser utility to export a supported format, then try again.
03 / The image changed too much
Reduce the instruction to a single change and explicitly list the details to preserve. If accuracy is essential, use a conventional image editor for the final correction. Generative editing is not pixel-preserving retouching.
04 / The output needs review
A safety review may hold a request. The result is not shown until review permits it. Do not repeat or reword a prohibited request to bypass screening. Use the report form for a disputed classification.
05 / Check software issues at the source
