Points pay for generation requests, not a guaranteed number of images you will want to use. An ordinary single-image request costs 1 point; requesting a new variation costs another point. Technical failures and blocked delivery release reserved points. An unconfirmed provider request stays reserved while we investigate; it is never automatically submitted again.
No purchase is needed to prepare a photo during the preview. Generation access is currently limited to approved test accounts.

How many points does a task use?
A text-to-image request or an edit using one image costs 1 point. An edit using 2–4 input images costs 2 points. Both 1K and 2K use the same rate. The workspace shows the cost before submission.
Is this an ArtCraft subscription?
No. These one-time packs belong to our independent Image Lab, using Seedream 5.0 Flash via KIE. They are not official ArtCraft credits and cannot be used in the ArtCraft app.
What if the generation fails?
Technical failure, blocked delivery, or an undeliverable file releases the reserved points. A delayed task is checked before retrying. Voluntarily asking for another image uses points again.
Can I get a refund?
The planned policy allows a request for an entirely unused pack within 14 days. Applicable consumer rights still apply. Requests are reviewed and money moves only after a verified Waffo refund.
Do points expire?
The proposed packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Active reservations stay visible even if their pack expires. Points returned to an expired pack cannot fund a new request. Generated files have a shorter retention period; download anything you want to keep.
Can I use my results commercially?
Use content you have rights to, and check the result and relevant provider terms. AI output does not guarantee exclusive ownership, trademark clearance, accurate text, or unchanged identity.
