Use content you may use
Submit your own material or material you have permission to use. Obtain appropriate consent for identifiable people. Do not use the service for nonconsensual impersonation, face swaps, deceptive endorsements, counterfeit promotion, or illegal use of copyrighted material.
Prohibited content
The service prohibits pornography/NSFW content; graphic violence or gore; hateful or extremist promotion; child sexual exploitation and other child-unsafe content; deceptive deepfakes or impersonation; non-consensual intimate content (NCII); and infringement of copyright or trademarks. Sexual exploitation, self-harm promotion, fraud, harassment, threats and attempts to bypass safety screening are also prohibited. These rules apply to text instructions, uploaded reference images, generated images and editing requests. We currently provide image services, not video generation.
Screening and review
Before a generation request is submitted, Waffo prompt screening and Cloudflare text/image screening check the instruction and input images. Generated images are checked by Cloudflare before display or private download. Only explicit allow decisions permit generation or delivery. Blocked, uncertain or unavailable screening holds the request and does not expose an image; technical or blocked delivery releases reserved points. Prompt screening does not replace image screening. Do not attempt to bypass review by changing wording or resubmitting.
Report a problem
Use /report or email support@artcraftguides.com to report prohibited content, privacy concerns or a disputed review. Select child safety or NCII for urgent priority and include a task reference when available. Do not attach illegal or intimate material to a report. The form returns a private receipt that can be used to check status; provide a reply email if you want a direct email response. Reporting does not automatically suspend another account: an authorized operator reviews the information first.
Response and handling times
We acknowledge ordinary reports within 2 business days and complete their review within 5 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, UTC+8. Child-safety and NCII reports receive priority review and initial risk-control action within 24 hours, including weekends. Initial action means reviewing the allegation and controlling identifiable risks or requesting information needed to identify them; it is not a promise that every complex investigation finishes within 24 hours. If more investigation is needed, we explain the reason and an updated completion date before the original deadline. The operator monitors the private queue and support inbox at least daily, including weekends for urgent cases.
Actions and appeals
Confirmed violations can lead to rejection of an unsubmitted request, withholding or hiding the reported output, restriction or suspension of the reported account’s generation access, or removal of related private files through the applicable deletion process. Urgent review can temporarily hide identified output or restrict generation while facts are checked. We record the action, reason, responsible operator and time. We may cooperate with competent authorities as required by applicable law. You may appeal through /report or support@artcraftguides.com; explain the decision you dispute and provide the task or report reference. Appeals follow the ordinary review window unless they concern child safety or NCII. We do not claim a 24×7 team or an independent second reviewer where no such resource is available.
