Evidence: official public documentation reviewed. This guide does not claim a tested walkthrough of every signed-in ArtCraft control.

01 / First, make sure you are opening the right product

ArtCraft is an open-source creative studio from Storyteller. Its official homepage lists macOS, Windows, and Web. ArtCraft Guides is an independent help site; an account here does not sign you in to the official app. We do not host installers or charge a download fee.

02 / Open the official app

Use the download link on the official ArtCraft site for Windows or macOS, or open its web app. Check the current release and installer requirements there. We link to the source rather than redistributing installers.

03 / For browser access, use the official web studio

Open app.getartcraft.com if you want the official browser version. Its public tool menu includes Image, Background Change, Video, and other workflows. Choose a tool for the job you need; available models, login requirements, and costs are controlled by ArtCraft. The independent Image Lab on this site is a different service.

04 / Choose a workflow before choosing a model

For an image from text or references, look at the official Image tool. For a changed backdrop, look at Background Change. If you need to arrange layers or sketch a composition first, the official 2D Canvas FAQ explains that approach. This guide verifies the public entry points, not a logged-in walkthrough of every button.

05 / Check the cost before generating

A free, open-source app does not make every cloud model request free. ArtCraft publishes subscriptions and one-time credit packs; your chosen model and output size affect usage. Review the current official checkout. Buying this site’s Image Lab points does not add credits to an ArtCraft account.
